My experience working in smaller sized consultancies provided me with the opportunity to partner with strategists. I use my design thinking to help create customer journeys; mapping, planning, testing and creating. 2. Consumer Research
Consumer research that delivers the most honest and ‘real’ responses. This can be shops, home visits and other activities to understand consumers rituals and behaviours – this allows us to unearth more truthful insights. GOING DEEP!

Getting my bottom off the chair and spotting trends before competitors. For this I like to explore a market both ‘on the ground’ and through a desk review.
