Accessibility statement

Last updated: 5 July 2026

My commitment. I want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever their ability, device or connection. Good design should work for everyone; that’s kind of the whole point of my job.

Standards. This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA. It’s built on Framer, which generates semantic HTML and supports responsive layouts, keyboard navigation and screen readers.

What I’ve done. Descriptive alt text on meaningful images. Clear heading structure on every page. Text that can be resized without breaking the layout. Sufficient colour contrast in body copy. Descriptive link text rather than “click here”. The site works across modern browsers, screen sizes and assistive technologies.

Known limitations. Some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible: decorative animations and video loops in portfolio sections don’t have text alternatives (they’re decorative, showing visual work), and some case study imagery is inherently visual. If any of this stops you getting what you need, contact me and I’ll provide the information in another format.

Feedback and contact. If you find something on this site that doesn’t work for you, or you need any content in an alternative format, email sarah@yourcreative.team. I take this seriously and will respond within 5 working days.

Enforcement. If you contact me about an accessibility problem and aren’t happy with my response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at equalityadvisoryservice.com.

Review. This statement is reviewed when the website changes significantly, and at least annually.
