If you don’t accept them, don’t use the site. These terms cover use of the website only; client engagements are governed by separate written agreements or proposals issued per project.

Use of the site. This website is provided for general information about my services and work. You may browse, and share links to it, for personal and business-information purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it for commercial republication, or use it in any way that breaks the law.

Intellectual property. All content on this website, including text, design, images, case studies and the Your Creative Team® name and marks, is owned by or licensed to Sarah McDonnell unless stated otherwise. Client trademarks, product images and brand assets shown in case studies and client lists remain the property of their respective owners and appear here as a factual record of work undertaken. Nothing on this site grants you any licence to use any of it without written permission.

Case studies and confidentiality. Much of my work is confidential and under NDA. The work shown on this site is a partial, permitted view. Nothing shown should be treated as a complete or current record of any client relationship.

No advice, no offer. Content on this site is general information, not professional advice tailored to your situation, and nothing here constitutes a binding offer. Any figures, timelines or outcomes described relate to past projects and are not a guarantee of future results. Every project is bespoke and scoped individually.
